Microphone for Desktop: User Review
If you are searching for a decent microphone under 4000 rupees, it's time to end your search now. In this article I'll share my experience of using Fifine T669 Condenser USB Microphone (Not for Mobile Phones), which I have been using for at least four months.
Purpose of Using
I am a teacher and I teach my students online using my desktop computer. At first I was using a normal desktop headphone as microphone. After a few months I came to know that the sound quality is not good of that headphone MIC. Then I started to search a good quality desktop microphone for conducting classes and I found Fifine T669 Condenser USB Microphone on Amazon. After reading a few reviews I decided to buy it.
Unboxing
After getting the delivery within 4-5 days, I unboxed the pack to my pleasure. The microphone was looking state of the art with a beautiful and sturdy metal scissor-arm flexible stand with a very good quality clamp to fit the microphone on the edge of the table. They provide a tripod stand also it you don't need to fix it to your table. The box also contained a pop filter, a foam cover, a shock mount holder and a pivot mount. The USB cable provided is long enough and the quality of the cable is very good.
Ease of installation
The microphone is very easy to install. It took less than 10 minutes for me to assemble and make it ready to use.
Quality of Sound
The sound quality of the microphone is excellent. You will feel the difference at the very first instance. You can enhance volume using the volume knob. Volume can be adjusted in the settings menu of your desktop also.
Ease of Use
One of the best parts of this microphone is the ease of use. The scissor stand is very smooth to move towards all the directions. The long arms will easily reach near your mouth. The stand makes it sure that the view of your computer screen is not interrupted because of the microphone. When I want to lean back on the back-rest of the chair while taking classes, I just pull the microphone towards my mouth and it's done.
Value for Money
It's one of the best microphones in this price range. You will be more than happy to possess this microphone.
To Buy or not to Buy
It's a clear buy call if your budget is less than 4000 rupees. Check price on Amazon.
